Grabów nad Prosną [ˈɡrabuf ˌnat ˈprɔsnɔ̃] (German: Grabow, 1940-45 Altwerder) is a town in Ostrzeszów County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, Poland, with about 1,900 inhabitants.
