Dallas City Township is one of twenty-five townships in Hancock County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 996 and it contained 502 housing units.[2] It was formed from Pontoosuc Township in 1860.
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 15.5 square miles (40 km2), of which 15.37 square miles (39.8 km2) (or 99.16%) is land and 0.13 square miles (0.34 km2) (or 0.84%) is water.[2]
